The Philips Crypto ID42 T10 Carbon Diagnostic Transponder for (VW) Volkswagen, Audi Chip is a Philips vehicle transponder chip used for spare and replacement key programming with suitable diagnostic equipment. A transponder chip must be correctly prepared and programmed before it will start the vehicle; fitting the chip alone will not bypass or operate the immobiliser.
