What you need to collect your order
- Your order confirmation with the PIN code
- Some items such as glue and aerosols may require proof of age (18+).
- For orders over £100 we require your PIN code plus one form of ID (passport or driving licence).
Can someone collect on my behalf?
Yes, someone can collect your order if they provide us with the PIN number from your order confirmation.
How long do we hold your order?
Orders will be held in-store for a maximum of 10 days. After this time it may be cancelled/refunded and the items will become available to other customers.
Large orders
For large orders over 50 items please allow us 1 hour before collecting.

What items qualify for Click & Collect?
Most items qualify from click & collect, however, some non-popular items may not be available from stock and will show as ‘special order’. These items usually take around 7 days, and we will notify you once they are available in store. Special orders cannot be cancelled.
Can I cancel my Click & Collect order?
We are unable to offer refunds or exchanges for products that have been cut or specially modified to your requirements.
If your product is faulty, or not as described, we may offer an exchange, refund or repair. Your consumer rights are not affected.
