Keystation is a registered company in England & Wales supplying keys, parts and locksmith products to trade professionals across the UK.

Goods are supplied as described, fit for purpose and of satisfactory quality. Within 30 days of delivery you are entitled to a replacement or refund if goods develop a fault; after 30 days we offer a repair, or a refund if they cannot be repaired. The contract becomes legally binding once we accept your order — by starting your services or dispatching your goods. Some goods, including paints and aerosols, are age-restricted (18+). Electronic items such as remote keys are button-tested, transponder-checked (unlocked) and sealed with a quality-check label before sending; items returned in an unusable condition (e.g. locked remotes or cut blades) are non-refundable unless agreed in writing.

By placing an order you warrant that you are a business customer, authorised to enter a contract on behalf of the business, at least 18 years old, and that the information you provide is accurate, complete and not fraudulent. We may be unable to accept an order if we cannot authorise payment, the goods/services are unavailable, or there is an error in the product data including pricing. You are responsible for checking the product details page before ordering — our vehicle parts search is a guide only. Amendments must be requested before dispatch, and no variation of the contract is valid unless authorised in writing.

Prices may be displayed ex-VAT or inc-VAT (selectable in the header) and may change without notice due to factors such as exchange rates and purchase-price increases. Payment is taken in full at the time of placing your order. We accept all major debit and credit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay; cash is accepted in store only (no cheques, and no £50 notes), and part payments are available in store. Special orders require payment up front and cannot be cancelled. Where payment is not settled by the due date we may charge daily interest and appoint a collections team. We accept GBP, Euro and USD, with exchange rates calculated daily. Delivery is not included unless stated and is calculated at checkout by weight and location.

Our preferred delivery partners are Royal Mail and DHL, as well as our own local vans, selected at checkout with the price shown before you confirm. Tracking details are provided on dispatch — please ensure someone is available to receive the delivery. Timescales are estimates; if an order is not delivered after 28 days, a full refund is issued once cancelled. Do not sign for damaged parcels — report any damage or missing items within 7 days with evidence (we can check CCTV and parcel weight). Re-delivery charges may apply depending on the service chosen, and we are not liable for special-order delays caused by the supply chain.

This applies to goods purchased online and not to items collected in store or to special orders. The cancellation period expires 60 days after the day you take delivery. If you cancel, we reimburse all payments received excluding delivery costs (unless your item is unshipped). Goods must be returned in re-sellable condition within 60 days of cancelling; you cover the direct cost of return, or we charge for collection (agreed up front). Once received and inspected, refunds are processed no later than 28 days after receipt (funds typically show in 2–5 days). We reserve the right to charge a 25% restocking fee on items ordered incorrectly. Special, customised, engraved or cut items are non-refundable unless authorised by a manager.

Trade accounts are available to registered businesses only; you must provide accurate, complete and non-fraudulent business details. You are responsible for all purchases made under your account, and account credentials must be kept secure. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms or present a financial risk. Please note that we may use Artificial Intelligence (AI) within our live chat to provide certain information — this is guidance only and we cannot be held liable for incorrect information provided.

Keystation offers promotions and incentives as part of our loyalty programme, including reward points and discount codes. Promotional codes may only be redeemed online (not in store), cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer unless stated, cannot be exchanged for cash or vouchers, and are limited to one per customer unless stated. To use a code, simply enter it during checkout. We reserve the right to cancel promotions at any time; if an order is cancelled, all promotions and points are returned to Keystation.

Nothing in these terms excludes our liability for death caused by negligence, liability under section 2(3) of the Consumer Protection Act 1987, fraud, or anything that cannot lawfully be excluded. Subject to that, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss — including vehicle recovery, diagnostics, loss of profit, business, time, or data — and have no liability for late deliveries or incorrectly purchased goods. Our total liability will not exceed 100% of the price paid in a single contract, and we are not liable for failures caused by events beyond our control (force majeure). We offer a 12-month warranty on all products excluding batteries; work carried out on site is also covered for 12 months, and special-order warranties may vary with the supplier.

We make every effort to ensure product information is accurate, but specifications, images, compatibility and programming data are provided as guidance only and may vary slightly. We reserve the right to send goods with a modified design, where this does not make them unsuitable for a purpose you have made known to us. It is your responsibility to verify suitability before purchase and to ensure your delivery information is correct and complete — you will be responsible for re-delivery and return costs arising from inaccurate information.

For training and security purposes we record all inbound and outbound calls (paused while taking card payments by phone) and store them for up to 3 years; CCTV is installed in all stores and monitored 24/7.
