The Genuine OEM Renault - Hyundai i10 2013-2016 - Replacement Lock Set Ignition and Door Lock - HYN14 is a specialist replacement vehicle lock set supplied by Keystation for locksmiths, garages, workshops and customers repairing vehicle lock or ignition faults.

Ignition and lockset faults can be caused by the ignition switch, the lock housing or the lock barrel/cylinder. When the key will not turn, we recommend ruling out the ignition switch first: remove the switch from the housing and then try the key again. If the key then turns fully, the switch is likely to be the fault rather than the barrel or housing.

If the key turns all the way to the ON position but the ignition still does not come on, the fault may be elsewhere, such as the ignition switch, immobiliser system, BCM, ECU, wiring or another vehicle control module. A full diagnostic check is recommended before replacing parts unnecessarily.
