Force the ignition on selected VAG vehicles via the OBD socket - read the pincode with no key present.

The ADC222 Force Ignition Tool from Advanced Diagnostics gives auto locksmiths the ability to force the ignition on a range of Audi, Volkswagen, Seat and Skoda vehicles via the OBD socket when a key is unavailable. With the ignition forced on, the pincode can be read using the MVP Pro or AD100 Pro ahead of cutting a key. No external power source is required.

How it works

  1. Plug the ADC222 into the vehicle's OBD port.
  2. Connect your master cable and Pro tester to the ADC222.
  3. Press ON - an ignition feed is supplied via OBD, no key needed.
  4. Read the pincode with the MVP Pro or AD100 Pro before cutting a key.
