Low-static high-temperature polyimide masking tape for PCB rework, soldering and surface protection.

A 12mm wide high-temperature polyimide (Kapton) tape for electronics rework, soldering and general masking. It withstands high temperatures without lifting or leaving residue, making it ideal for protecting boards and components during hot work.

This tape uses a proprietary low-static technology that produces extremely low electrostatic discharge at unwind and removal. Conventional polyimide tapes can generate over 10,000 volts during use, which can damage sensitive electronic components – the low-static properties of this tape help eliminate circuit-board degradation.

Applications
PCB masking, high-temperature clamping, keypad and membrane switch work, surface protection, splicing silicone papers and films, powder-coating masking and plating.
Low static (anti-ESD)
Proprietary technology gives extremely low electrostatic discharge at unwind and removal – helps protect sensitive electronics and prevent board degradation.
Good to know
