What items are excluded from Our Returns Policy?

Returns Policy Exclusions

At Keystation, we strive to provide you with the best products and services. However, please note that there are certain exclusions to our returns policy:

  • No Returns for Customized Items: Items that have been customized at your request, such as keys that have been cut or transponders that have been programmed, cannot be returned.
  • No Returns for Special Orders: Special orders that are specifically placed for you fall outside our standard returns policy.
